On a day full of emotion we were honoured to be joined by Hugh Paterson’s sons Mike and Ali along with our match day sponsors @thomashardiecommercials, who turned up in force and supported the day in a fantastic way both pre and post match, it was an absolute pleasure to have you with us and we look forward to seeing you all again soon!

On the pitch the lads put in a fantastic performance against a well drilled Winnington Park side coming out 29-7 winners!

We would like to give special recognition to 1st XV players Tom and Joe Wignall who pulled on their Tarleton shirts on Saturday just hours after losing their dad Graham to cancer. Both lads gave their all for the full 80 minutes with Joe bagging a couple of tries and picking up the MOM award! The strength they showed to take to that field and give their everything was awe inspiring!! ❤️💛🖤

Thank you to our amazing volunteers who made the day possible; from the girls in the kitchen who provided an amazing pre-match meal to our guests as well as the food for supporters and post match food for the teams! to our fantastic bar staff who where non stop from the minute they arrived until they left the club…..well after midnight!! With out these amazing people TRUFC couldn’t function THANK YOU!

And finally thank you to our amazing supporters and each and every person who turned up to remember our friend Hugh and support Tom and Joe, the pitch side support was something special.

#wearetarleton ❤️💛🖤
